Orientation programme

Arriving in a new country and city it is important that students are given a good introduction to school life so that they feel confident and comfortable in their new environment. Students arriving at the beginning of Term 1, 2 and 3 have an orientation programme at school which includes and English test, school tour and meeting students from the school who can give them advice about the school and look after them in the first few days.

We work closely with our homestay families to help new students with getting around town using the bus system and getting to school. Homestays also help students with buying mobile phones, opening bank accounts and buying school uniforms and stationary.
