Our musicians went all out this week with a series of concerts across three nights.
Congratulations to everyone involved in the contemporary concert series this week. There was some incredibly well written original music performed by our senior students, with some amazing personal compositions.
On Tuesday, our junior musicians got in on the act with a contemporary covers concert and they excelled. It was great to see the wealth of talent coming through. They were followed by our Funk Band and Year 13 leavers concert and they left it all out on the floor! This was a really special last ever concert for our senior contemporary students. They played with passion and performed some famous classics from Massive Attack to Bonnie Tyler.
The series was rounded out on Wednesday night, with our Smokefreerockquest contestants and winners performing – a stacked line-up of incredible talent.
