BYOD

What we recommend

To enable students to get the full benefit from the e-learning opportunities we offer, we highly recommend that students bring their own device.

Recommended is either a laptop or a Chromebook for Years 9 and 10 because they have been found to be reliable, fast, and effective when used in our learning spaces.

Purchasing a device

If you are looking to purchase a device, we recommend the options below. We deal with these companies through normal school business and believe they are able to provide quality information, service, technology, and ongoing support.

They can all be accessed either online or via the shop floor.

Students will need to be able to

  • have access to anytime, anywhere learning opportunities and resources
  • communicate and share their learning online as well as transfer that learning across subjects and between school and home.
