The nature and size of Burnside High School requires that we have specialised staff in key roles to look after the needs of every individual in our care from the beginning of Year 9 through to the end of Year 13. Within our divisional structure and pastoral care plan, our Deans, Counsellors and Senior Leaders are the key personnel in managing day to day issues.

Behind that we have a dedicated and talented team of subject specialist teachers and support staff to guide the education of our ākonga.
