The Burnside High School PTA is delighted to welcome Joseph Driessen to speak to our community’s parents and caregivers.

This evening is open to all parents and caregivers in our wider community. Pre-booking is not necessary but entry will be a gold coin donation on the door and as seats are limited, it will be on a first come, first served basis. Don’t miss out!

 

About the presenter

Joseph Driessen is a leading international New Zealand Educator.  With over 35 years of experience in teaching, research and educational management behind him, he has been running an influential international education consultancy “Education Answers” for the last 20 years. 

 

Joseph has conducted a major research project for the Ministry of Education focussing boys’ and girls’ wellbeing and learning, and has been on the Ministerial Boys’ Reference Group.  

 

Joseph is a regular speaker at national and international education conferences, and has given worldwide workshops and seminars to teachers, parents and School Boards, in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Taiwan, the UK and the USA.

 

He has coached over 20,000 teachers and parents in his career and has been a regular parenting commentator on radio and television. Joseph is past president of his Toastmasters Club, and is an entertaining and inspiring presenter.
